Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached, and original packaging.
Final Sale Items All sale items, intimates, and swimwear are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at courbeetcompagnie@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
How to Initiate a Return Log in to your account, go to your order history, and select the item(s) you'd like to return. Follow the prompts to submit your request.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
